How To Reach:
Shimla is easily accessible by road from Delhi, even though the most preferred way is by train. A toy train takes you from Kalka to Shimla meandering through the hills and passing 103 tunnels of various lengths. It is just 375 Kms away from Delhi and can also be reached by air. The airport at Shimla is 23-Kms away from the main township.
What To See:

Jakhu Hill
Jakhu is the highest peak of Shimla. On one side of Jakhu, you can have a panoramic view of the city with its buildings of all shapes and sizes. And on the other, you can have a look at the spectacular Himalayas with its snow-covered peaks. The presence of a large number monkeys here sometimes mars the enjoyment of the place.
